Ever feel like things are just plugging along so slow that you could run circles around them? Knit..knit...frog....
I finished the ribbed hat I was using to practice Continental style. Very pleased that it is all done in that method. It's a funky thing, but it's my own little funky thing.
The pattern is from Vogue's Beginner Basics, which I keep in my travel bag for reference. I used Cascade 220 and size 8 needles. I believe the pattern might call for a chunkier yarn. This hat will fit a child very nicely.
Here's the progress on the crocheted "Almost Newsboy" cap. Not so sure what to expect at this point.
Tonight I go to my first Stitch-n-Bitch group. Wonder which I will do more of? Hope it's stitching.
Happy stitching to you all, Becky |
